ACGG National Affiliate Chapter Kick-Off in Memphis

AMERICAN COALITION FOR GOOD GOVERNMENT NATIONAL AFFFILIATE CHAPTER KICK-OFF IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE, MARCH 2011 During the weekend of March 25-27, 2011, the American Coalition for Good Government (ACGG) was hosted by Masjid Al-Mu’minun of Memphis, Tennessee to introduce Memphis as the first city in the U.S. to become an affiliate chapter of the ACGG. In preparation for this historic event, Imam Sharif, Resident Imam at Masjid Al-Mu’minun, Imam Wali Shaheed, Regional Coordinator for the Southern Region, and members of Masjid Al-Mu’minum worked closely with the ACGG Steering Committee to develop the ACGG Handbook and a preliminary draft of the ACGG Political Platform.
